i’ve been trying very hard for years to lose weight. i’ve tried diets and exercising and i’ve kept myself active and took away all the junk food from my diet and still i can’t lose weight. i’ve been getting depressed a lot lately and i hate looking at myself in the mirror. i’m 5’7, 230 lbs and 16 years old. (soon to be 17) i don’t want to be obese all my life.. does anyone know any sort of diet pill or supplement that would help me? my doctor, boyfriend and family keep telling me not to dwell so much on it, i look perfectly fine the way i am, if i work hard enough it’ll go away.. and blah blah blah. but i’ve been overweight since i was little, and i don’t see it going away anytime soon. i’ve heard of the acai berry all natural cleanse.. has anyone tried it and had success?
i need help.. badly. any information on exercising and dieting would be a great help as well. thanks so much.

ive been kinda “fighting ” with my weight for over a year
it started last year when i broke my neck and i was out of school for like almost 9-10 months
i was a little depressed then so i lookd for comfort in food and i gain like 50-60 pounds
i was 260 now im 210
it took me over 7 months to lose that weight now i feel a lot better but i have had it enough with all those diets
im 18 im 5’8 and as i said i weight 210 i would like to lose at least like 10-15 pounds more and i had enough of those diets
im not a sporty/athletic kind of person i mean i like playing badminton and rollerblading but now in winter theres nothing to do
i walk a lot
so are those diest pills/supplements really good
i mean from all those commercials it looks like its working or is it just brainwashing the people ??
