i’ve been trying very hard for years to lose weight. i’ve tried diets and exercising and i’ve kept myself active and took away all the junk food from my diet and still i can’t lose weight. i’ve been getting depressed a lot lately and i hate looking at myself in the mirror. i’m 5’7, 230 lbs and 16 years old.
