did the government ban acai in diet pills?
I thought I saw somewhere the government is banning or has banned Acai in diet pills due to rapid weight loss, they wanted to schedule this as a drug.

No way, I just ordered some from a little while ago and I know my friend ordered her free trial like 2 days ago! If it really is banned (which I don’t think so), I guess I’m glad I got mine now! Hahah!

I have searched and searched, have not seen anything stating it’s banned or going to be banned. I’ve ordered mine from a U.S. company:. Fast delivery and great customer service, I’ve never had a problem!!

No. You can search the FDA site if you want to know about product bans for food or supplements.
The claim of a acai ban is on MySpace and is attributed to AP, but their site says no such thing.
Acai is excellent stuff but I would never order some random crap from the internet since it is an internationally produced fruit, and I would only want to buy from US companies that do a thorough job of testing all sources for pesticides and contaminants. A lot of that crap out there is not even acai berry!
My favorite brands are Nature’s Way Alive Acai Berry, Genesis Today Acai, and Sambazon Acai. They make pure, unadulterated juices and what-not that aren’t laced with preservatives and dyes, or diluted with water or grape juice.

No, they did not ban acai diet pills, but will all the buzz going around I don’t blame you for asking.
It’s 100 natural and does not contain any chemicals. It would be like them trying to ban strawberries!
