The ads for acai berry’s weight loss products are everywhere, and just about everyone seems to be creating a blog telling us how much weight they lost while on the diet. So, we decided to do our own test to find out if this super food really does work.

We asked for 35 volunteers from ages 16 to 78, ( but actually got 134 willing to participate!) However, since our resources were limited we narrowed it down to an even 50 volunteers.

We did not buy acai products, instead, we just ordered free 30 day trial versions of 14 Acai products online and paid only for the shipping and handling charges ($1.95-$5.95 per trial). We then asked each of our participants to try six Acai products each ( one per month for six months), then monitor their weight loss results ( without exercise, and without altering their current diet). We also asked them to document their overall level of energy, health and well being, detoxification and speed of results, after each trial.

Our Conclusions?

First of all, as a public service we should warn you that out of the 14 products tested, only three (3) provided real results that fit our criteria – high quality, fast results, and effectiveness in weight loss, detoxification and increase in energy levels.

Acai Berry Blast

Acai Berry Blast was the second top-rated product in our review. The difference between this and Acai Slim lies in the weight loss effects. Users who tried this product did not experience that dramatic a weight loss effect, relative to those who used Acai Slim . The speed of the results were slightly slower (average 20 days) and Acai Berry Blast falls slightly behind when comparing weight loss power. That said, we also noted that users who used this experienced a significant increase in energy levels and had the best detoxification results.
